URSA.CLAY does not sell your personal information.

We collect personal information that may include your name, phone number, email, billing and shipping addresses, and your payment details. This information will be used strictly for customer service and customer support purposes, and to process and fulfill orders.

When reaching out to contact directly through Big Cartel, the information collected also includes any information you provide in the context of your message. If you reach out using any social media sites, those platforms may collect your data according to their own privacy policies, something we have no control over.

When you purchase an item, we currently accept payments with Stripe. Their privacy policy, data processing agreement, and payment terms can be found by clicking each link provided. If you select to pay with Affirm, their privacy policy can be found here.

In order to fulfill any order, we share your shipping information with the corresponding fulfillment partner selected (e.g. USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc.) and their policies can be found by clicking their corresponding links listed.
