No international shipping. Domestic US only.

PROCESSING TIME / SHIPPING

All orders are hand-packed. Current processing time is about 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Any dates shown if tracking a package are just an estimate of delivery and ARE NOT guaranteed delivery dates. I am not responsible for items lost, stolen, or broken in transit.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times for commissions or custom orders can range from 1-2 months from initial conversation to final product in my hands. This time-frame DOES NOT include shipping if applicable.

REFUNDS

The buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost of secondary replacement/substitution pieces. I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS for any items purchased. If an issue presents itself with an item purchased, you agree to find reasonable resolution (including but not limited to discount of future purchase, creating a new piece, substitution of equal value item, etc.)
